AI Workplace Integration

Connect the AI your team already uses to the systems where work happens.

The Problem

Your team already uses AI for drafting, analysis, and planning, but the assistant cannot safely reach live operational context. Staff still copy data between portals, tickets, documents, and chat — losing time, continuity, and control.

Our Solution

We build a governed integration layer using custom MCP servers, assistant skills, plugins, and secure connectors. Your approved AI tools can retrieve context, generate the right artefacts, and complete bounded tasks while sensitive actions remain permissioned, reviewable, and auditable.

Deliverables

  • AI Workflow, Systems & Access Map
  • Custom MCP Servers and Secure System Connectors
  • Role-Specific Assistant Skills, Plugins & Commands
  • Authentication, Permission Scopes & Read/Write Boundaries
  • Human-Approval Gates for Sensitive Actions
  • Evaluation Suite, Audit Logging & Failure Handling
  • Team Rollout, Runbooks & Hands-On Training

FAQ

Choose an Operations Sprint when the pain is one repeatable process that should run automatically. Choose AI Workplace Integration when your team already works in an AI assistant but it cannot reach the systems, templates, or live context needed to help. The two can complement each other, but they solve different entry problems.

No. MCP is one integration standard, not the product. We use it where it creates a clean, portable tool interface; where a direct API, browser automation, or another connector is safer and simpler, we use that instead.

We design around the assistant environment your team has approved. Depending on its supported extension and tool interfaces, that can include Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or developer-focused assistants. We confirm compatibility and deployment constraints during scoping.

A missing API does not automatically block the project. We can assess a non-invasive browser-automation connector, as demonstrated in our MCP case study, while keeping sessions isolated and separating read-only tools from write actions. We only recommend this route when it can be made reliable and supportable.

Only within boundaries you explicitly approve. We separate read and write capabilities, apply least-privilege access, require clear parameters, and add human confirmation for sensitive or irreversible actions. The engagement includes tests, logging, and failure handling so behaviour remains visible.
